It is 100% Californian. This handcrafted sake brings the heat of its namesake while advancing its robust pepper flavor. One sip and you will agree that California grown Habaneros and Sequoia Sake were born for each other. The balance is perfectly maintained whether served neat, on ice, or used to spice up your favorite cocktail. Pairs well with sweet dishes like mangos or Dutch spare ribs. We also like it with a goat Gouda and grass-fed beef hamburgers.
