Omachi – AR

We used 100% Omachi rice from Isbell Farms in Arkansas, who have been cultivating rice for over 70 years. While new to us, Omachi is Japan’s oldest heirloom sake rice.

Omachi is prized for its rich, layered aromatics and expressive character. A luscious mouthfeel and deep complexity make this sake especially rewarding for those who appreciate bold yet balanced profiles.

Pairs beautifully with umami-driven dishes such as grilled pork, mushroom risotto, roasted eggplant, and soy-glazed meats.

SERVE: Chilled or Room Temperature
ALC.: 15.5–16.5%

Blush – Sake fermented with Black Rice

Blush is a distinctive expression brewed with black rice and California-grown sake rice, giving it a naturally soft pink hue and refined character.

Delicate notes of rose, subtle fruit, and bright acidity evoke a crisp, dry rosé wine. A silky texture carries through to a clean, elegant finish.

Pairs especially well with deviled eggs, soft goat cheese, prosciutto, and lightly dressed spring salads.

ALC.: 14–15%

Coastal Ginjo

This Junmai Ginjo is light, clean, and highly versatile—an easy favorite for a wide range of dishes.

With its subtle aromatics and wine-like character, it’s often our top recommendation for both new and experienced sake drinkers. Recipient of a Gold Medal at the Tokyo Sake Competition.

A natural match for roast chicken, sashimi, herb-forward salads, and simple seafood preparations like grilled fish with citrus.
