Tasting Menu

Sequoia Flight (Ginjo/Genshu/-Nigori) - $13
Our signature sake. Unpasteurized, alive, extra bright, bold & complex.

Coastal Flight (Ginjo/Genshu/Nigori) - $13
Gently pasteurized in the bottle to maintain the quality and flavor, soft yet complex. Wine drinker’s preference.

Barrel-aged Flight (White Wine/Red Wine/Bourbon) - $13
American frontier spirit meets Japanese tradition. Sakes aged in White Wine barrel, Red Wine barrel, and Bourbon whisky barrel.

Spicy Flight (Wasabi/ Jalapeño/Habanero) - $13
Infused with locally produced spicy peppers. Various levels of heat, complex aromas and flavors to satisfy your curiosity.

Seasonal Flight (Yamaha I/Umeshu/Chocolate Nigori) - $13
A collection of our limited-edition sakes. For those who have tried them all and want something new and different.

About brewery tours

Brewery tours are given only as a part of Private Events, except a casual tour is offered to the Sake Club members and their guests during the public tasting.

Please read before your visit

• Inside the brewery is usually colder than outside, so please dress warm.
• While we recommend visitors to take public transportation, if anyone plans to drive, there should be plenty of nearby street parking available in evenings and on weekends.
• No animals are allowed in the brewery.
